1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the DoctoHADA platform (website and mobile applications) by patients, health professionals and partners.
2. Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for keeping your credentials confidential. Professionals must complete identity and diploma verification (KYC).
3. Services
DoctoHADA connects users with independent health professionals and facilities. Medical acts remain under the sole responsibility of the professionals.
4. Appointments and cancellation
Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before. Repeated no-shows may lead to account restrictions.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by certified partners (Mobile Money operators, card processors). DoctoHADA never stores your full card details.
6. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the uniform acts of OHADA and the law of the country where the service is provided.
